Round 2 of the 2012 season!

This will be our second trip of the new season. As the season gets colder and more snow falls, Killington Resort prices will continue to go up, so take advantage of these low prices before the peak season hits with much more expensive prices!

Fortunately for you, prices are still way below peak season prices!

Here is the info on this Killington Trip:

Buses will be available. Locations depend on where people are more concentrated in. Most likely, it’ll be on the corner of Lafayette and Grand St.

Resort options will be at Mountain Green Resort and Pinnacle .

Mt. Green: The Health Club offers: 54′ indoor pool, Jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, weight room, and cardiovascular room. Racquetball and Massage are also available for a fee. They also have a bar and restaurant all within the resort.

We will be arriving Friday night, Dec 16, and checking out Sunday morning, Dec, 18.

Here are the prices and options:

All this pricing is based on a FULL room. 1 bdrm sleeping (4), 2 bdrm sleeping (6) 3 bdrm sleeping (8) , 4 bdrm sleeping (10). Full unit occupancy requires 2 people per bedroom and the use of a pullout couch in the living room to sleep 2 people

Pinnacle Resorts

Here are the configurations of the Condos:

1 Bedroom Condo consists of a Living Room with Pull out Sofa Bed to
Sleep 2 people, 1 Bedroom with Queen size bed, Full Kitchen, Full Bath,
Tv with cable and VCR, most come with a DVD player, Fireplace, Fridge,
Toaster, Dishes, Utensils.

A 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo has the same except that it just has
more bedrooms and bedding varies. Usually a 2 bedroom unit will have a queen sized bed in one room and 2 twins in another… . A 3 Bedroom condo will have an extra Full Bathroom.

When you send me your deposit, please let me know which Option you would like.

A deposit of $50(with no bus), or $100(with bus) per person will be due on October 31, 2011, and the remaining balance will be due on November 18, 2011. After the Oct 31st deadline, I will only accept reservations with full payments. After Nov. 18th, please inquire about space availability. There could still be a few units available.

I take Cash/Money Order/ Personal checks, and Certified bank check. Cash Is Preferred.

Mountain Green 1 & 2 (Adjacent Buildings)

A – 1 Bedroom Condo (4 people) with 2 day lift – $182 pp
B – 2 Bedroom Condo (6 people) with 2 day lift – $182 pp
C – 3 Bedroom Condo (8 people) with 2 day lift – $192 pp

D – 1 Bedroom Condo (4 people) with 1 day lift – $152 pp

E – 2 Bedroom Condo (6 people) with 1 day lift – $152 pp
F – 3 Bedroom condo (8 people) with 1 day lift – $162 pp

Mountain Green 3 (Main Building) – Main building has the pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, gym, restaurant and Bar. The adjacent building also has access to everything the main building has, you just have to walk over.

G -1 Bedroom Condo (4 people) with 2 day lift – $202 pp
H- 2 Bedroom Condo (6 people) with 2 day lift – $202 pp
I – 3 Bedroom Condo (8 people) with 2 day lift – $212 pp

J – 1 Bedroom Condo (4 people) with 1 day lift – $172 pp

K- 2 Bedroom Condo (6 people) with 1 day lift – $172 pp
L- 3 Bedroom condo (8 people) with 1 day lift – $182 pp

Pinnacle Resort

M – 1 Bedroom Condo (4 people) with 2 day lift – $182 pp
N – 2 Bedroom Condo (6 people) with 2 day lift – $182 pp
O – 3 Bedroom Condo (8 people) with 2 day lift – $182 pp

P – 1 Bedroom Condo (4 people) with 1 day lift – $152 pp

Q – 2 Bedroom Condo (6 people) with 1 day lift – $152 pp
R – 3 Bedroom condo (8 people) with 1 day lift – $152 pp

3 Bedroom units are on a first come first serve basis. The group that sends me the deposit first for their rooms will have a guaranteed room.

IF we run out of 3 bedrooms at Mtn green you will be given the choice to get a 3 bedroom at Pinnacle resort.

* RENTALS: Skis/boots/poles 1 day $25 2 day $50

* No Lift ticket: Deduct $75pp to the 2 day lift ticket package (ie – $182 – $75 = $107pp)

Snowboard/boots 1 day $25 2 day $50

If you would like lessons, please email me regarding lessons.

BUSES: Bus will be $75 per person. It includes snacks and drinks for the ride up and back down. Main pickup area will be in Manhattan. Place of pickup is Grand and Lafayette st in Manhattan. College Point Blvd and Sanford Ave in Flushing, Queens. Bus will pick up at 4-5pm in Queens and 5:30-7pm in Manhattan.

Terms and Conditions:

Your room and bus deposit is non-refundable. The deposit amount is per person. If you are renting out a 1 bedroom condo, the deposit would be $200 ($50 per person with no bus) or $400 ($100 per person with bus). If your full payment is not received by the due date of November 18, 2011, you will forfeit your deposit and your room. Rooms are transferable. If your group cannot make the trip, but find another group to take your position, that is acceptable.
